Zusätzlich noch 4 x SATA-Platten mit 1x1TB, 2x250GB, 1x160GB alle als Single an Raid0 und eine 1x160GB externe USB Platte aus meinem alten System.




Gesichert wurde das alte System mit „Redo Backup and Recovery“ und anschließend auf der „Primergy TX300 S4“ wieder hergestellt. Die übrigen Festplatten wurden mit „tar“ kopiert. Anschließend noch ein Upgrade auf die neueste CentOS 7 Version.


Mountpoints anlegen:

mkdir /OLD
mkdir /NEW

Alte und neue Platte mounten:

mount /dev/hda5 /OLD
mount /dev/sda1 /NEW

Zur alten Platte wechseln:

cd /OLD

Inhalt mit allen Links und Rechten kopieren:

tar -cSp --numeric-owner --atime-preserve -f - . | ( cd /NEW && tar -xSpv --atime-preserve -f - )
